Terms and Conditions of Attendance:

Attendance fees for conferences, congresses and seminars do not include VAT and cover conference documents, lunch on the first and second days of the event, and coffee and refreshments during the event. It is not possible to receive the documentation without attending the event.

Registrations may be cancelled up to 14 days before the start of the event, but a processing fee of €50.00 plus VAT will be charged. If attendance is cancelled between 14 and 7 days before the start of the event, half the fee will be charged; after that and in the case of non-attendance, the full fee will be charged. If a paying replacement is found, the registration details will be changed without charge. The attendance fees must be paid in full on reception of the invoice before the start of the event.
