Digital support at the touch of a button: DEICHMANN is strengthening its teams with the new ‘Qualitize’ app.​

DEICHMANN has introduced the new Qualitize software; an app designed for structured communication, task management and reporting in stores that can be used internationally. Seamlessly integrated into DEICHMANN’s IT ecosystem, the solution includes single sign-on and bidirectional API data exchange, and can be used on iPhones, iPads, Android devices, and PCs.​

Employees can use the app to create reports with checklists, ratings, photo uploads, comments and a speech-to-text function, and edit them in a structured manner. Follow-up actions such as reorders can be initiated directly from the app. Analysis functions, approval workflows for coaching by headquarters, a news feed, and AI-supported features such as automatic translations, summaries, and image editing enhance efficiency and data quality.​

Another advantage is that all reports are available at any time on employees’ Zebra devices — mobile handheld computers with integrated scanners for goods management.

It was set up quickly, with 100 Prozent usage achieved after just four weeks.

After just four weeks, the app was being used by all employees in over 1,200 stores, significantly reducing administrative work.
