ROSSMANN​

The German drug store ROSSMANN has developed an interactive de-escalation training program that is fully integrated into the imc Learning Suite (LMS).​

The solution uses gamified scenarios with branching decision logic in which employees can simulate realistic customer conflicts and test different communication strategies. Audio-supported dialogues increase immersion and reduce language barriers. Supplementary learning nuggets provide context-related insights. Content was designed by ROSSMANN’s Learning & Development department, while Scheer IMC was responsible for the technical and didactic implementation.​

The scalable LMS setup enables rollout for around 33,000 sales employees and supports consistent skills development, measurable learning success, and sustainable risk management in store operations.
