Coop Sverige has developed a highly automated and energy-efficient logistics centre to ensure a reliable supply to more than 800 stores, despite an expanding product range and increasing service requirements.​

The solution integrates the entire material flow process for ambient and fresh goods, from goods receipt and high-bay warehouses to depalletising stations, automated small-parts warehouses, and robot-assisted palletising. This process is controlled by state-of-the-art intralogistics software. Innovative features include a fully integrated material flow system with two temperature zones, vision-supported quality assurance with teach-in stations, precise sequence-based handling, and optimised packing patterns supported by over 30 palletising robots.​

The result is significantly increased process reliability, efficiency and sustainability, ensuring maximum product availability.
